Solid Energy’s career site for Christmas. Solid Energy career site is now online in time for Christmas. The Capital Hire system will be used to recruit staff at their Waikato, West Coast and Canterbury operations.

Alloy Yachts sails ahead – Alloy Yachts is a custom builder of aluminium sailing yachts and motor yachts from 30m (100ft) to 68m (220ft). They have selected Capital Recruit to manage their online recruitment management.

Tradestaff Live! Tradestaff the employment agency has been the first to adopt Capital Agent, our recruitment agency software, for it online permanent recruitment tool. The temporary staff module is due out in 2008.

Local Government Careers – This month the Local Government careers site commenced providing a central job site for the 85 councils of New Zealand. Capital Pro the product used will provide unique user accounts for each local council and can offer total online recruitment management.

Capital Hire receives functionality boost – Over the 2006/2007 holiday period Capital Hire received a fresh new look include added features. Over the next few months all current users will offered these updates. These include extended process options in applicant management, extended system administration and streamlined processing.

Australian cellular company goes live – Allphones an Australian cellular retailer with over 190 branches went live with Capital Hire. Maintaining staffing levels in an industry operating 7 day’s per week 10-12 per day is paramount. We are pleased to assist.

Fulton Hogan Australia – FRH Group has gone live with Capital Hire after hearing the success it’s parent company Fulton Hogan has had in New Zealand with online recruitment.

Online Interview Booking will be released later this month. It will be added to our public recruitment site www.jobadz.com providing interactive online applicant interview timetabling.

HCF Medical (The Hospitals Contribution Fund of Australia Ltd) has been using our public recruitment management site ‘Jobadz.com’. Their reaction has been very complimentary commenting on a number of time and cost efficiencies they have made already. HCF are our first Australian client and we look forward to helping others soon.

Busy Busy Busy – Yes we have been very busy this year with two up-grades to our ‘Capital Hire’ e-recruitment system. This includes an expansion of our Communication Centre and the addition of a Marketing Survey section. The Marketing Survey section will now provide you with recorded information and results from the different media you use for recruitment advertising. This targets ‘getting positive results at low costs’ this is close to everyone’s heart.

JobAdz.com Open Public Site Invacare Corporation has resently trialed our e-Recruitment open public site with great success. Comments received from their Asia Pacific HR Manger was ‘we will be using this site for our recruitment in future’ a most positive endorsement.

Fulton Hogan is a leading roading and infrastructure construction company who employs over 2200 staff with annual sales of NZ $500 million.

ESR ( Environmental Scientific Research Ltd ) who implimented ‘Capital Hire’ e-recruitment system 12 months ago has received over 20,000 visitors to it's online Career Centre in the past 12 months. That’s 70 job seekers every day and the numbers keep climbing.
