Capital Hire is a stand alone system with each section customisable to fit each individual user requirements. The system is capable of processing, managing and storing hundreds of thousands of job seeker activities.
It is possible to integrate multi registration and application forms into one system. These include programmes such as Graduate management, Apprenticeship management and Trainee Manager programmes.
Capital Hire Departments
Career Centre Home Page – This is the main entry point to the career site which can be developed into a very useful employment branding hub or kept very low key. As an employment hub creating and adding information links and pages helps in focusing job seekers on your key company offerings and employment benefits.
Job Board – Multi functional section including customised job search, two levels of job and display, apply function, job alerts, email a friend, save favorites and login panel.
Parallel Job Boards – External job board for managing non staff (external applicants) and an internal job board for displaying internal and staff only vacancies.
Advertisement Display – Two levels of display, a results summary table and a full job advertisement with attached job specification. From the full job advert display area the job seeker can view attached job descriptions, email a friend, apply and print a copy.
Job Seeker Registration – Capital Hire offers a great deal of flexibility for customising job seeker registration forms. These forms can contain multi level sections for requesting and defining job seeker information. Information gathered is searchable from a custom built candidate database.
Pre-Screening – The system has the ability to ask applicants 3 types of question Yes/No, Multi Choice and free text questions. Both Yes/No and Multi Choice questions can pre-screen applicants based on mandatory answer filters. All pre-screening questionnaires are saved in a library for future use.
Vacancy Manager – The Vacancy Manager section provides a facility to view current and past vacancies and processed online job applications. All applications and job seeker details are supplied electronically (paperless) and can be process in a step by step electronic method.
Applicant Files – The system stores all candidate registrations, applications and client internal files. These are all retrievable electronically and managers and candidates can return and up-date their own online details.
Communication Centre – The system has an internal emailing system which stores all communications sent to and received by candidates. The communication functions located in the database and processing areas provides quick and easy method for communicating with candidates.
Talent Pool Manager – The Talent Pool Manager stores all candidate registrations and CV’s
Job Builder – The section provides a template for constructing your job advertisement and online display details. All previously used job details are stored in a library for future use and timesaving.
Authorisation Manager – This is an optional feature for organisations that require a documented authorisation process prior to job posting. It can have multi level authorisation with each step electronically recorded.
Statistics & Reports – There are a number of standard site statistics reporting activity levels and user stats. We can provide a customised report function to deliver all most any number of management reports.
Staff Access Manager – The System Administrator/s can easily manage system access and issue user rights. User rights allow access to various departments within where the System Administrator can set different rights for different staff users.
Administration Manager – The Administration Manager section provides for System Administrators the ability to manage some aspects of the system functions. These functions include Standard emailing text, Pre-Screening Questionnaires and other standard features.
