Capital PRO

Capital Pro is a fully functional commercial online job board and recruitment management system. It is designed for managing and processing paid online advertising and job seeker responses.  It has been specially developed for organisations wishing to provide a commercial job board in an environment where it operates discrete multi-user accounts for both job seekers and employers.

Capability

Capital Pro has two main operational areas ‘Job Seeker’ and ‘Employer’ which offer a full range of information and processing services. It provides for Administrators complete access to Job Seeker and Employer history and reporting including usage and financial information.

Capital Pro is a commercial job board technology which can have unlimited discrete multi account users. Users can also be set up as a satellite site with independent branding however sharing a common hub.

Capital Pro can manage unlimited job seeker applications and profiles and display client paid advertising in various options.

Job Seeker Section

The Job Seeker section has all the main features you would expect from a commercial job board. The specific details are completely customisable to suit individual user requirements such as job classifications, locations and job types. Information sections can be easily created for example training, employment topics and browser information.

Job Board – Multi functional section including customised job search, two levels of job ad display, apply function, job alerts, email a friend, save favorites and login panel.

Job Seeker Applications – The system provides for a number of apply options based on a clients preference. These include – redirection to another website, online via the current system and via pre-screening filters.

Advertisement Display – Two levels of display, a results summary table and a full job advert details. From the full job advert display area the job seeker can view attached job descriptions, email a friend, apply and print a copy.

Job Seeker Registration – Capital Pro offers a great deal of flexibility for customising job seeker registration forms. These forms can contain multi level sections for requesting and defining job seeker information. Information gathered is searchable from a custom built candidate database.

Employer Section

The employer section provides a range of functions from placing job advertisements to paperless online applicant management. Important management reporting and statistical data is easily accessed in real time.

Capital Pro offers user groups the option to create a micro site for employment branding with the main functions managed by the core system. This is a very cost effective way for user groups to utilise a full eRecruitment system without a major cost outlay.
